By protecting and improving our environment, the communities where we do business and the students we serve, Sodexo makes every day a better day and every tomorrow a better tomorrow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to purchase a meal plan?

Yes! It’s a great value and it is Walla Walla University’s policy that all designated Campus Residents purchase a meal plan each quarter.

How does the meal plan work?

When you enter the Dining Hall during each meal period, a meal is taken from your plan. If you are coming in with friends and want to buy their meal, either your Wolves Pass, Flex or incline account will be charged depending on what is available.

What is the weekly cycle for the meal plan?

The first meal of the week is Monday, breakfast and the last is Sunday, dinner.

What is a Wolves Pass?

A Wolves Pass may be used for guests to join the meal plan owner for a meal in the Dining Hall. Each student on a meal plan receives two Wolves Passes per quarter.

What are Flex Dollars?

Flex Dollars are cash values included in some meal plans. They work like a pre-paid debit card with funds kept on your student ID card for that specific quarter. Flex Dollars may be used at any Sodexo dining location and are not carried over from quarter to quarter.

Do missed meals carry over from week to week?

Meals should be used during the current week and do not carry over from week to week.

Can I change my meal plan if it does not fit my needs?

Yes! Changing to a bigger or smaller meal plan should be done during the first ten days of the school quarter. Changing to a larger plan is possible at any time during the quarter.

If I’m not a Resident Hall student, where do I buy my meal plan?

If you live off-campus, you can purchase meal plans when checking out for financial aid or buy meals on an as needed basis at the cashier in the SAC or Dining Hall. Your student ID card, cash and credit cards are accepted as payment.

Dining Policies

One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please bus your dishes and disposables from your table when you have finished dining
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
  • Remember that meal cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.
